Onboarding a company at Capassa should be easy and therefore we also work continuously to improve this process. The app is specially developed for those who have a busy everyday life, where the goal is to present the content in a concise and clear way. Our onboarding process should not be an exception.
We can divide the process into three steps, where the first part is to create a personal account. Here you can choose between signing up with a Google, Apple or Microsoft account. You can also use your personal email in the registration.
The next step is to add your own company. This is something that will automatically appear and if you own several companies, you choose the company you want to get an overview of in the app.
Furthermore, you choose which accounting system you want to synchronize with. As of now, it is possible to synchronize if you use systems from 24SevenOffice, PowerOffice, Fiken or Visma eAccounting.
Once you have completed the registration, you will have full access to the app and insight into the company’s financial figures. In other words, the onboarding is completed with just a few keystrokes and you will be ready for everything Capassa has to offer!
