Get time to act.

The best decisions are made before the problems appear.

Capassa monitors the business continuously and alerts you when something needs attention, whether that is financial conditions, statutory requirements or important deadlines.

That gives you time to understand the situation, weigh the options and act while you still have room to manoeuvre.

We keep watch, so you do not have to.

Nobody can keep an eye on everything. So Capassa does it for you.

The platform monitors the business continuously and alerts you when something needs following up. You never have to hunt for deviations or remember every deadline yourself.

When something matters, you hear about it.

More than a reminder.

A calendar reminds you of a date. Capassa alerts you when the business needs attention.

That might be financial conditions, statutory requirements or important deadlines.

The aim is not to send as many alerts as possible. The aim is to give you time to act before the difficulties grow.

How it works

We watch the things that matter most.

Among other things, Capassa monitors:

  • Equity halved
  • Equity lost
  • Missing mandatory occupational pension (OTP)
  • Statutory deadlines from Altinn
  • Important financial changes and trends

The monitoring is developed continuously as the platform gets smarter and new needs appear.

Built for people who take responsibility.

Whether you are a managing director, a board member, an accountant or an investor, you share one goal:

To spot difficulties early enough to do something about them.

Capassa helps you stay proactive. You are told when something needs attention, so you can spend your time understanding the situation, involving the right people and finding the best solutions.

The whole picture

From alert to action.

An alert is only the start.

When Capassa alerts you to something, you can go straight on to the dashboards to see the development, ask Capa what has changed, or work through the consequences in your budgets and forecasts.

You are not just told that something has happened. You get the tools to understand why, and what to do next.

Customer story
When Capassa alerted us that a client's equity had halved, we could contact them straight away, involve the board and discuss what to do while there were still good options. Those are the conversations that create value for our clients.

Be the one who spots it first.

A good alert does not just tell you what has happened. It gives you the chance to influence what happens next.

You do not need to watch everything. You only need to know when something calls for action.

Capassa keeps watch in the background, so you can focus on developing the business and making better decisions.

Frequently asked questions

What does Capassa monitor?

Among other things, Capassa monitors equity that has halved or been lost, missing mandatory occupational pension (OTP) and statutory deadlines from Altinn, as well as other important financial changes and trends. The monitoring is extended continuously as the platform gets smarter and new needs appear.

How does Capassa know when something needs attention?

The system analyses the company's accounts and other relevant data automatically, in the background, without you doing anything. You never have to register deviations by hand or remember to check anything yourself — Capassa alerts you when something genuinely needs attention.

Can I trust the alerts?

The alerts are built to help you spot conditions that need attention early, not to give you a guaranteed answer. They are a decision-support tool, in the same way as Capassa Score and the forecasts, and do not replace the company's own assessments or professional judgement.

What happens when I get an alert?

You are told what has happened or which deadline is approaching, with enough context to understand why it matters. The alert is a starting point, not an end point: you decide whether to look into it straight away or wait until it suits you.

Can accountants follow up several clients at once?

Yes. Alerts make it easier to identify which clients need attention right now, rather than checking every client regularly to work out who needs a conversation. That makes your advice more proactive, and gives you a better basis for prioritising your time between clients.

How is this different from an ordinary calendar reminder?

A calendar reminder reminds you of a date you entered yourself in advance. An alert from Capassa arises automatically from what is actually happening in the accounts and in the business, without you having to know what to look for. That is the difference between being reminded of something and being made aware of something you would otherwise have missed.
