Try CapassaFrequently asked questions
Do I have to set the dashboards up myself?
No. The dashboards are built automatically when you connect the business to Capassa. The numbers come straight from your accounting system, so you never have to create charts, reports or formulas yourself. All you need to do is connect the accounts — Capassa handles the rest continuously.
Which dashboards do I get?
Capassa is built around four standard dashboards: Overview, Profitability, Balance sheet and Liquidity. Overview shows the whole picture including Capassa Score, while the other three go into depth on their own part of the finances. Together they give a complete picture of the business, without you having to configure anything.
How often are the dashboards updated?
The numbers update automatically in line with your subscription: daily, weekly or monthly. Capassa Score™ is the exception — it updates once a month regardless of subscription, because it is a separate, overall assessment rather than just another dashboard.
Do I have to be a Capassa customer to use the dashboards?
Yes. Unlike the free Initial Capassa Score™, the dashboards require the business to be connected to Capassa with an active subscription. It is precisely that connection to the accounts that lets the dashboards be built and updated automatically, without you entering anything by hand.
What if I do not understand why a key figure has changed?
Then you ask Capa. The AI agent explains the development and helps you understand the connections behind the numbers, so you do not have to go looking for the answer yourself.
Do the dashboards replace my accounting system?
No. The accounting system records the transactions that take place in the business. Capassa takes those numbers and turns them into a clear basis for decisions, without you having to replace the system you already use.
