You cannot keep a close eye on every customer you have.
With a lot of businesses to look after, checking them all equally often is simply not possible.
Nor do you need to. Customer overview shows you who needs you first.
Spend your time where it actually matters most.
Book a demoWith many customers to look after, it is easy to lose track, until it is too late.
When you are responsible for many businesses at once, you cannot keep up with publicly available information and payment defaults for each of them on a regular basis.
That leaves you particularly exposed if a few large customers make up much of your business. One of them can start to struggle long before you hear about it.
Without a single picture, you tend to discover the problems only when the customer says so themselves, or when it is too late to do anything about it.
All of your customers.
One overview.
See every customer in one place
Every business you are responsible for appears in a single portfolio, with a score, a grade and a status for each of them.
Put the ones you worry about on a watchlist
You see the status as it stands, not a historical trend. The customers you are most concerned about can easily be added to a watchlist of their own, so it is simple to keep a closer eye exactly where it is needed.
See who needs attention
If a customer moves into a risk zone, you see it clearly in the portfolio overview, instead of having to open each customer manually to check.
Open the customer card for the detail
See publicly available business information and financial key figures for every customer. If you need a more precise picture, you can request ongoing accounting data directly in the app, but it is up to the business itself whether they share it.
Customer overview shows you who needs you first.
A traditional CRM shows you who your customers are. Customer overview shows you where your attention should actually go. Every business is given a score and a zone, safe, grey or danger, based on publicly available information and recognised financial models. If you are especially concerned about someone, you put them on a watchlist of their own, so you keep a closer eye exactly where it is needed. That is particularly valuable if a few large customers make up much of your business.
You do not have to go looking for who is struggling. You see it the moment you open the overview.
Everything in one place.
Customer overview brings together the score, grade, zone and key figures for every business you are responsible for, so you see the whole picture without opening ten different tabs.
Built for everyone who looks after more than one customer.
Whatever the industry, the challenge is the same: too many businesses to follow all of them equally closely. A few examples:
Accounting firms
See all of your clients in one place, and know if one of them starts to struggle financially, without having to keep track of each one manually.
Advisers
Decide which customers need a conversation now, based on how their finances are actually developing, not on gut feeling or on who calls first.
Sales and CRM agencies
Follow up the customer portfolios of several clients from one platform, with the same overview and the same alerts for each of them.
Customer overview shows you who needs you. Financial Insight shows you why.
The score here is built on publicly available information and Capassa's own models. Financial Insight adds a formal credit score from Experian, refreshed whenever you need it.

Customer overview shows you which businesses need you right now, so you do not have to check every one of them manually to find out.

Do I have to check every customer manually to know who needs following up?
No. Customer overview shows the status of the whole portfolio in one view, with clear colour coding for each business, instead of you having to open every customer card to check. If a customer moves into a risk zone, you see it the moment you open the overview. You can also put the customers you are most concerned about on a watchlist of their own, so it is easy to keep a closer eye on exactly those.
Is this a credit assessment?
No, not in the traditional sense. Customer overview shows financial development and risk signals based on publicly available information and recognised financial models. The aim is to help you prioritise your follow-up, not to deliver a formal credit assessment.
How does Customer overview know that a customer is struggling financially?
Every business is given a score and placed in a zone, safe, grey or danger, based on publicly available information and recognised financial models. If a business moves into the danger zone, you are alerted, instead of finding out by chance or too late.
What if publicly available information is not enough?
Then you can request ongoing accounting data directly in the app. It is up to the business itself whether they share it, in the same way Capassa works for individual companies. If you are given access, it gives you a more precise picture than what is publicly available.
Can I use Customer overview for just a few large customers?
Yes, and that is exactly when it is most valuable. If a few businesses make up much of your customer portfolio, it is particularly important to notice early if one of them starts to struggle, before it affects you.
Does this work together with the rest of Capassa Insight?
Yes. Customer overview is part of the same platform as Bookr and the CRM. The businesses you follow up there are the same ones you see in the portfolio, without you having to move information between separate systems.
