Try CapaYour finances have always held the story.
The problem is that it has been hard to read.
The numbers sit scattered across reports, spreadsheets and dashboards. Before you can make a decision, you first have to go find the information.
With Capa you can talk to your company's finances directly.
Just ask.
Ask about what matters.
You do not need to know the chart of accounts or where the numbers live. You just ask questions.
Capa analyses the connections and answers in seconds.

We no longer spend time hunting for numbers. We open Capassa, ask questions and discuss the decisions. It has changed the way we work.

Frequently asked questions
What can I ask Capa about?
Anything about the business's finances, accounts or economics, in plain English. Why margins changed, how liquidity looks going forward, or whether you can afford to hire. You do not need to know the chart of accounts or where the numbers live, you just ask the question, and Capa finds the answer in the business's own data.
Does Capa give me concrete recommendations, or make decisions for me?
Capa analyses the connections in the numbers and explains what is happening and why, but the decisions are always yours. Our goal is for Capa to help you make good decisions for the business faster.
Where do the answers come from? Can I trust them?
Capa builds its answers on the business's own, up-to-date accounting figures, not general assumptions. It follows the development over time and spots connections in the data, the same information already sitting in your accounts, just available as an answer to a question instead of numbers you have to dig out yourself.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is used solely to answer your own questions about your own business. It is not used to train open AI models, and is not shared with other customers or third parties.
Do I need to connect my accounting system to use Capa?
Yes. Capa answers based on the business's own, up-to-date numbers, so it requires the accounting system to be up to date and connected to Capassa. Without a connection, Capa has no basis to analyse using current figures, and cannot give you answers specific to your business.
Is Capa available all the time?
Yes. Capa is available 24 hours a day, every day. Most small and medium-sized businesses do not need a full-time CFO, but everyone needs decision support when the question actually comes up, not just during office hours.
Can Capa be wrong?
Yes, like any AI, Capa can sometimes misread a question or give an imprecise answer. That is why Capa always builds on the business's own, up-to-date accounting figures rather than guesswork, and you should always apply your own judgement to decisions of real significance, the same way you would with a report from an adviser.
