Which accounting systems does Capassa support?
Capassa integrates with PowerOffice Go, Tripletex, Fiken, Visma eAccounting, Duett, Finago, Azets, Eika Regnskap, DNB Regnskap, Sparebank 1 Regnskap and Unimicro.
Do the companies I want to see together have to be connected to Capassa already?
Yes. Each company is connected to Capassa in the usual way, through its own accounting system. You then choose which companies should be included in the group overview.
Can I see the individual companies as well as the group as a whole?
Yes. Consolidation shows the group as a whole, but you can go into the dashboards and reports for each individual company at any time to see the detail.
Who can see the consolidation?
Your role determines what you have access to — the same role-based access control as the rest of Capassa.
Where is the data stored?
With Microsoft Azure, in data centres in Norway and Western Europe. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Do I need a finance background to understand the group overview?
