Capassa
Data room

Always ready when the bank, the board or investors ask.

The most important opportunities tend to arrive when time is short.

With Capassa the company's most important documentation is collected, organised and ready to share the moment you need it.

That way you can spend your time on the conversation, not on hunting for documents.

The folder structure in the data room

The documentation is ready before anyone asks.

The company's most important information should not be scattered across emails, folders and file servers.

In Capassa you collect the documentation in one place, so it is always up to date and available when it is needed.

When the opportunity arrives, you are already prepared.

The contents of a folder in the data room

Share with whoever you choose.

Some people need one report.

Others need access to the documentation.

Some need continuous insight into the business.

With Capassa you decide who gets access and what role they have. Invite the board, investors, the bank, your accountant or anyone else in with exactly the access they need.

You can change or withdraw that access at any time.

How it works

Built for the company's most important moments.

Board meetings

Give the board access to the documentation before the meeting starts. Spend the meeting on the discussion and the decisions, not on working through attachments.

The bank

When the bank asks for documentation, it is already there. That makes the process faster and the conversation easier.

Investors

Invite investors in with the right role. They then get access to the documentation they need, without long email threads and competing versions of the same files.

Due diligence

When many people need access to a lot of documentation at short notice, everything is already organised. The process can then be about the business rather than about finding the documents.

Customer story
During the due diligence process all the documentation was already safely in place in Capassa. We did not have to gather files and send them by email. Instead we could spend the time on the conversation with the investors and the questions that actually mattered.

The whole picture

The documents are only the beginning.

The documents create the overview; the conversations build the trust.

When everyone works from the same up-to-date information, board meetings, bank meetings and investor meetings become more productive.

You can then spend the time on the business, not on finding documents.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the data room and ordinary document sharing?

The data room is built for sharing sensitive information in a structured way with the people who need visibility — the board, investors or the bank, for example. Unlike a shared folder or an email, you decide exactly who gets access to what, through roles rather than individual files you have to remember to reshare every time.

Can I withdraw access again?

Yes. Access is not permanent just because someone has been invited in. You can adjust the role of someone who already has access, or remove it entirely, at any time — for example once a funding round or a due diligence process has finished.

How do other people get access?

Everyone invited into Capassa is given a role that determines what they can see; the board sees something different from an external adviser, for instance. Everyone must identify themselves with BankID before they get access, so you know it really is the right person logging in and that sensitive information is shared securely.

Can I use the data room for due diligence?

Yes, that is exactly the kind of situation the data room is built for. When a due diligence process starts, several people need access to the documentation at the same time, often at short notice. Since everything is already collected and up to date, the time goes on answering the questions that actually decide the process, rather than pulling files together at the last minute.

Are the documents the same ones used elsewhere in Capassa?

Yes. The data room is part of the same platform, not a separate tool alongside it. The documents you share are always up to date, and you never have to keep track of whether the right version is sitting in the right folder somewhere else.

Why is the data room part of Capassa?

Because a standalone data room quickly becomes yet another place to keep up to date alongside the accounts, the budget and the rest of the company's numbers. When the data room is part of Capassa, the documentation is updated along with the rest of the platform, and you avoid maintaining the same content in several places.
